| Often times when proposing a concept for a public art project I will build a scale model. "Waltz of the Satellites" is such a model. This "proof of concept" was constructed for the 2007 Port of San Diego's "Urban Trees" public art project. The scale is 1" equals 1'. If constructed this kinetic wind sculpture will be 13'-6" tall. | |
