| "Wind Dancers" consists of three colorful wind-driven paddlewheels affixed to the top of three tall poles. Placement in Horizon View Park is such that the shadows of the paddlewheels dance and spin on the cement adjacent to the children's play area. The height of the tallest paddlewheel is just over 13 feet. The poles are made of 4" diameter heavy-wall steel tubing and are powder coated a dark forest green. The paddlewheels are made of stainless steel and aluminum and are powder coated red, yellow, and blue. | |
